Truly Listening & Taking The Time To Understand You And Your Health 🌿

When i used to go to doctors, i felt rushed in and rushed out, not being asked to elaborate on my symptoms or how i was feeling and never being asked about my lifestyle, background or emotional state. I want to change that. When booking a call with me, you’ll notice that i put a lot of care into truly understanding your situation, where you’re coming from and where you want to be. You’ll also notice that the form i give you to fill out at the beginning is quite in depth, as i really want to know what we need to work on and what we need to focus on for you to get back to vibrant health and feel amazing. I truly believe healing isn’t fully possible if we just work on physical symptoms and not at the root cause, why they are there and what is connected to them, on a deeper holistic level. I want to make sure you feel heard, seen and know that this is a safe space for you to explore, understand and heal.

Simplifying Things & Making Things Easy 🌱‎

Our world & the nutrition and health space out there is overwhelming and confusing enough, i don’t want to contribute to that. I want things to be easy to understand and simple. I won’t overwhelm you & i love things to be organized. During the calls, i usually incorpate fun things like whiteboards, creating easy graphics or simply taking notes for you, in case you want things visually. At the end of our sessions, you’ll also get notes of the things we discussed, a plan, links or any other things you might need.

Creating A Safe Space 🍵

Often in my sessions we dig a little deeper rather than just talking about nutrition and diet. The reason is, that this is the missing piece to why so many people nowadays are suffering from so many health issues and chronic conditions. We are not just the body and we need to know that our mind and soul play just as big of a part in our wellbeing and physical healing. When we’re doing this, i always create a safe space for us & always ask if you’re comfortable with sharing emotional and personal insights. These sessions are usually my favorite, not only because they can sometimes be really intuitive and creative but also because this is where the incredible aha-moments happen and usually these sessions bring out the biggest transformations in your health. I’ve truly witnessed wonders in my health and others by doing this.

  • Holistic health is an approach that considers the entire person—body, mind, and soul—to reach incredible well-being. Rather than focusing solely on specific symptoms or isolated parts of the body, holistic health recognizes the interconnectedness of various aspects of one's life and the body.

  • Choosing the right approach for your well-being is a personal journey, and I'm here to help guide you based on your unique needs. Generally, I offer two different approaches. Of course, my coachings aren’t rigid, so i often blend approaches and see what exactly it is that you need. If you don’t know which approach is right for you, contact me so we can figure it out together :)

  • My #1 mission truly is to help people with their life & their health. But of course i’m not an expert at every single topic out there.

    I think we might not be the perfect fit if:

    • Your main goal is to lose weight

    • You want to focus on exercise & training (i don’t focus on or help with personal training)

    • If you struggle with extreme severe debilitating mental health issues (BPD, Severe Depression, EDs, OCD) and are not working with a professional therapist

    • If none of your health problems are within my areas of expertise (If that’s the case, i would suggest that you’d go to someone who specializes in that field.

    • If you’re not open to discussing deeper subjects and don’t feel ready or comfortable sharing any personal information. My sessions always go deeper than just surface-level stuff, because this is truly the only way to heal and get to the root of any of your health issues. We need to see body-mind-soul as one, and not just focus on getting rid of symptoms. All of my sessions are always a safe space and i always handle difficult topics very gently and with a lot of care and patience.

  • Not at all! In my holistic approach, I believe in integrating the best of both worlds—traditional Western medicine and holistic, alternative and natural practices. I will never bad-mouth western medicine or say that you should only use natural approaches when there is an acute problem or health issue.

    We live in a world, where we are lucky to have so many options to chose from, so much knowledge, information and so many different approaches. Let’s use them, instead of picking sides and being at war with the other.

    By combining the strengths of both approaches, we can create incredible wellbeing. I encourage open communication with all healthcare providers involved in your journey to ensure a collaborative and ultimate holistic approach to your health and healing.

  • By default, all of my coachings are online via Zoom (or any other platform if you’re not comfortable with Zoom).

  • Usually the focus in my coaching is not weight-loss, but overall wellbeing and health, which can also sometimes include losing weight. If your sole purpose is to lose weight and to do it fast, i won’t be the right person for you. My focus lies in creating sustainable, life-long wellbeing that feels incredible and radiant, and is about more than just looks or becoming ,,skinny’’.
