I got my first phone when i was 11, which was 9 years ago. And i downloaded and created my first instagram account shortly after. I saw first hand, how much being exposed to addictive technology and social media has impacted and changed my life, for the better and for the worse.

Social media and technology has changed our world, but most importantly it has changed our generation and IS currently changing the generation next to come.

Things need to change. It's time for a paradigm shift, a reevaluation of our relationship with technology and social platforms. This is why i created RECONNECT to initiate change. To inspire people to swim against the current and to reconnect.
